ABOUT ME
I’m an award-winning video journalist and creative producer with over 18 years of experience in sports media and production. My work blends creativity, strategy and authentic, purpose-led storytelling to create content that connects emotionally and resonates across platforms.
Throughout my career, I’ve produced and edited high-impact content across web, social, broadcast and streaming. I’ve led teams and campaigns for major global events including the Olympics, World Cup and Super Bowl, and have honed my craft at top organizations such as NBCUniversal, ESPN, NBC Sports Northwest and Time Warner Cable SportsNet.
I’m the founder and creative director of Strange Light Creative, an independent content studio developing and producing original storytelling from concept through final delivery.
I bring a deep passion and a strong commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices through compelling stories and empowering the next generation of women.
I currently serve on the Marketing/Communications committee for WISE (Women in Sports and Events) and am a graduate of the WISE Emerging Leaders program.
I’ve partnered with youth sports organizations such as PlayMakers USA, creating social media, video and design content that supports community-building and access to sport.
I graduated from the University of Washington Journalism program and received my Master’s degree at Long Beach State University in Sports Management.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two boys, a role that continues to shape my perspective on leadership, storytelling and the kind of work I want to put into the world.
